Our Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel for any reason, please be advised that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

You will be charged 100% of the cost of the service for any appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

All Services are Non-Refundable. You must call to book with a Gift Certificate.

If you have any symptoms of a contagious illness on the day of your service, please give us a call as early as possible and we would be happy to reschedule your appointment.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on retail items within 30 days of the purchase date for a store/spa credit.

If you made your purchase via your account, no receipt is necessary. For all other sales, receipt is required.

Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds on services.

All service purchases are final but do not have any expiration date.
